This notice has been prepared by EMKA Proje & İnşaat, as the data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), to inform visitors of the emkamimari.com website and people who use its contact form.
PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Contact form: your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address and message. For security purposes, the IP address from which you send the form and the time it was sent.
Visit statistics: only if you give cookie consent, information on how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location).
PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS
The information you send through the contact form is processed to answer your request and to contact you, on the legal grounds of KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to the formation of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Visit statistics are processed to improve the site, solely on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1). If you do not consent, no statistics cookies are used and every part of the site still works.
TRANSFERS
Your contact form data is not shared with third parties; it is stored only on the systems of our e-mail and hosting providers. If you consent to statistics cookies, the related data is processed by the service provider Google on servers outside Turkey; this transfer is based on your explicit consent.
RETENTION PERIOD
Contact form records are kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded and are then deleted. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose; to know the parties it is transferred to; to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, or its deletion or destruction; to object; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
